Creating & maintaining sustainable jobs

Psychologists can only contribute to their commnuntities when they have a model of service delivery that looks to the future- so they can take their part as stewards of the business and keep it thriving for the next generation of co-operators.

Organising Democratically

Psychologists do their best work when they are able to contribute to the decisions that affect their working lives. We are exploring approaches and systems that enables members of the co-op to have a voice in the direction the company they work for takes. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Working for Respect & Equality

We believe that psychologists have responsibility for promoting psychological safety and inclusion for others, but that they can only do this when they experience being able to turn up as their whole selves in a service where their contribution is recognised and valued.
